SHIPPING & RETURN

Shipping Terms

​

  • We provide free shipping on orders above $99 only for 48 adjoining U.S States. Read more about Contiguous Unites States here 

​

  • Please allow us a day or so to get your order ready for shipping once it is placed.

​

  • All the products are shipped using USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL, whichever is convenient.

​

  • The tracking number for the shipment will be provided along with the invoice in the email used while placing the order.

​

  • We will closely monitor the shipment and update the customer with any change in the expected delivery date. We would also encourage the customer to do so.

​

  • The estimated date provided by the courier service is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for UPS/USPS delivery delays.

​

  • If the order is placed on weekends or holidays, the items will be shipped in the next business days.

​

Returns & Exchanges

​

We are here to help. The main motive of Xudu is 100% customer satisfaction. If somehow you are unsatisfied with the items you received from our store, we are more than happy to return, exchange, or provide you with store credit. Please read the following conditions to check your products return or exchange eligibility:

​

  • Purchases made in-store or at xudustore.com are eligible for a return or exchange (except for e-gift cards and event tickets) with a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refund will be issued on the original form of payment or Xudustore Gift Card.

 

  • Xudustore E-Gift Card and Event Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

  • To start a return or exchange, please send us an email at shop.xudu@gmail.com. We would appreciate it if you provide us with the reasons so we can prevent it from happening in the future.

​

  • Please allow us a day or so to acknowledge the receipt of your request before you begin the process.

​

  • We would recommend our customer to use USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL as a courier to send the items. Please provide us with the tracking number and shipping details.

​

  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or unused. All hangtags must be attached to the product.

​

  • Outgoing and return/exchange shipping charges are not refunded. 

​

  • We will credit your original method of payment minus the shipping charges. Once your return arrives please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once completed.

​

  • Customers will have to bear the 5%  transaction fee charged in the initial purchase.

​

  • If you are returning a product in which you received a free gift with purchase, you will be charged the retail value of the free gift. This will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. â€‹

​

  • If the price of an item drops within 24 hours of purchase, we will provide a refund of the difference to your original payment method if you notify us.

​

  • If the price of an item drops within 7 days of purchase, we will provide store credit for the difference if you notify us.

Faulty Items

​

Before we ship any product, we do a thorough examination to ensure that the item is defect-free and ensure the highest possible quality. However, if you happen to receive a broken or defective item please email us at shop.xudu@gmail.com and we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Some products come with the charm of handmade products; meaning minor imperfection/differences in shape, size, weight, and color is to be expected and is not considered a manufacturing fault. The same goes for the patina in the statues.
